GIS Lab : It is an up-to date and highly sophisticated lab. The students are trained in Remote Sensing and Geo-Informatics. It has all kinds of updated softwares. |

Yoga Centre : Yoga training is compulsory for all the University students and the task of imparting theoretical and practical knowledge is being done by our competent Yoga teachers. The UGC has identified /recognised Yoga centre as a quality centre for human consciousness and Yoga Science education. Physical Education, Sports Centre : Indoor and outdoor sports facilities exist for physical and mental alertness of the students. The students participate in the various sports competitions conducted by the university. Health Centre : There is an Ayurveda centre for regular health checkup and treatment of students. It has “Rasashala” to prepare medicines by Ayurvedic methods. Music Training Centre : The University has a music centre to give aesthetic shape to the students musical aptitude. Folk music and puppetry are also associated with it. It also imparts special training in Sugam Sangeet. Participation in Youth Festivals : University students regularly participate in the Youth Festivals organised from time to time by the Indian University Organizations. Apprenticeship training : University students are sent for apprenticeship to various industries, laboratories and other centres to gain practical experience. Other Academic Programmes : Many other diploma and certificate programmes of interest are offered to prmote the skills of the students. Assembly Hall : The University has a well-furnished assembly hall to accommodate about 250 people, where seminars, conferences and other events are organised. Besides this the University has an open theatre (Sadhbhawana Sabhagar) full of greenery with space to sit 5000 students. |

Audio-visual centre : For optimum use of the media, the University has an audio-visual centre, where students are trained in photography and film making. A Video-Conferencing facility in the university is a distinctive feature for distance education. Laboratories : There are labs for various science, environment and technology educational programmes. In these labs students conduct practicals on the theories taught in the class. The labs are being made more sophisticated through support from the various projects. The construction of new separate science, engineering and technology and management blocks is in progress at a cost of Rs.3.37 crores. Workshop : The University has a workshop where agriculture tools & equipment along with other iron and wooden tools are housed/repaired. At this centre practical training is imparted to engineering students. |

The University has a sophisticated (e-library) central library called “Jigyasa”. It has 38,000 text and reference books, 1200 video-cassettes, 100 audio-cassettes and 1000 CD-ROMs. It is fully computerized and gets UGC help through INFLIBNET Programme. The library keeps a regular supply of research journals, abstracts, magazines and journals of various subjects, employment related magazines along with other national and regional newspapers. Four thousand three hundred National and International Research Journals & abstracts are available under UGC INFONET Programme. An air conditioned reading room is being added to the library with internet facility. |

Computer Centre : Computer training is an integral part of the all University programmes. The University has a very sophisticated computer centre as a central facility. It has 300 computers with need-based updated software. In addition, there is a computer hardware lab. Internet facility for all the students is also available. |

Agriculture Research Farm : The Faculty of agriculture has its own agriculture farm of 189 acres near to the university campus. The farm is divided in to nine segments i.e. Students Entrepreneurship farm, vegetable farm, Medicinal and Aromatic Plants cultivation farm, Orchard, Seed production farm, Research and Demonstration farm, Commercial farm and Nursery. All agricultural and land development practices are performed by the students under the guidance of subject specialist of the faculty. |
